This video demonstrates how to add a Word document at a master level that can be populated by fields from within your client. 

We have noticed this morning (and it has happened a couple of times over the last week) periods when Audit Assistant is bogging and going very slow for 5-10 minutes at a time. 

We are in the process of changing some code in the back-end for some new features we will be releasing shortly and there is some issue there where too many connections are slowing down the system. We are looking into this and hopefully should have it resolved shortly.

Update 15 May 2012: This has been quite an elusive bug but we are pretty sure we have handled it now! Sorry for the interruptions to service over the last couple of weeks - hopefully full speed will be resumed now.

A. This is something we need to do from our end. Just advise us of client name, what firm to transfer to and when you want the transfer done. They will of course need to have a free space for a new client in their subscription level.
